1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy describes the initial release of the SubjunctiveQuest mobile app and website. In this release, the app does not require an account and does not intentionally collect personal information from your normal use of the app. For privacy questions, contact smile@thinksview.com.
2. What the app does not collect
During normal use of the initial release, the app does not ask for or intentionally collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, payment details, advertising ID, or other personal information. The app does not use advertising, third-party analytics, cross-app tracking, or personalized marketing.
3. Learning data stays on your device
Answers, progress, review schedules, settings, and similar learning state are stored locally on your device so the app can work offline. The app does not send this learning data to our servers. If you delete the app or clear its storage, this local data may be deleted and may not be recoverable.
4. Website and email support
You can browse the public website without creating an account. If you email us, we receive the email address and message content you choose to send. We use that information only to reply to you and provide support. Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information in your message.
5. Free use, ads, and payments
The initial release is free to download and use. It contains no advertising, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, and the app does not collect payment information.
6. Platform and service providers
App stores, device operating systems, email providers, hosting providers, and other platform services may process technical or account information as part of delivering their own services. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies. This policy describes the information practices controlled by SubjunctiveQuest.
7. Children’s privacy
The initial release does not require an account or ask users to provide personal information. We do not intentionally collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us, please email us so we can review the message and take appropriate action.
8. Your choices
You can stop using the app, uninstall it, or clear its local storage at any time. You can also contact us about information contained in a support email you sent, including a request for correction or deletion where applicable.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if the app, the website, or our information practices change. We will update the date below. If a change is material, we will make the updated policy easier to notice on the app or website.
