By downloading, accessing, or using SubjunctiveQuest or this website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
2. What the service is
SubjunctiveQuest is an educational tool for practicing Spanish grammar, especially the subjunctive mood. It is designed for personal learning and is not a social network, marketplace, or professional advice service.
3. Free initial release
The initial release is free to download and use. It contains no advertising, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid features. We do not request payment information through the app. If the product model changes in the future, we will show the applicable price and terms before any optional paid transaction; we will not charge you retroactively.
4. Offline use and local progress
The app is designed to work offline. Learning progress, answers, review schedules, and settings may be stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and any backups you choose to make; we cannot guarantee that local data will be recoverable after deletion, reset, or device failure.
5. Educational use only
Explanations and exercises are provided for learning purposes. They are not a substitute for a teacher, formal assessment, professional advice, or a guarantee of language proficiency. Use your own judgment when applying what you learn.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the app and website lawfully, not to interfere with their operation, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its content except as allowed by applicable law.
7. Content and ownership
SubjunctiveQuest, its name, visual identity, software, original illustrations, text, exercises, and related materials are owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app and website for personal learning.
8. Availability and updates
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app or website. The service is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. We do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time by deleting the app or leaving the website. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or if these terms are materially violated.
